A "bear-y" good post!

I'm writing a quick little post today because it's such a beautiful afternoon here and we are off to see family at a BBQ.
First, I wanted to share my latest unit I created for TpT.
I LOVE teaching all about bears!  They are so cute!

The unit is on sale now for only $8!
BUT.......I'm giving it away to the first 3 people to comment below and tell me when (if) they teach their bear unit.

I'll be back tomorrow with a special surprise....it's going to be a good one!

  1. I usually teach about Bears sometime in the first month of school because we read Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See?

  7. I begin teaching about bears in December when we talk about hibernation and then when we come back in January we talk about polar bears. THEN we talk discuss how these bears are different or same as Brown Bear...the book we used to begin school.

  8. Hi there! Great new product! For me, I teach about bears a few times throughout the year - we are the Bears so I teach about Brown Bears in Sept...I want them to understand our mascot! Then once we come back from Christmas I study Polar Animals - so we touch upon Polar Bears there. Then right before Groundhog's Day, I teach about bears when we talk about hibernation - right before Mr. Phil wakes up (or is woken up)! In any case, I would LOVE to have a bear unit! Thanks for offering and sharing! I have added it to my wish list!
